Description

To access this downhill-only section of trail, you'll have to ride up the Rocky Top trail. Once to the top you'll have a short downhill section that will bring you to a fork in the trail. Heading to the right leads to the Humdinger Downhill, and on the left is Hop Project.

At the fork you have a short steep entrance followed by a 3-foot drop, which does have a bypass, followed by another steep rocky step. Once past the initial drop you'll come to some short but steep trail that leads to a section with multiple routes through a technical section of downhill. After the first thrilling portion of trail, you'll come a cross a series of wooden ramps (with bypasses) and wooden structures (no bypasses). Know your limits on this downhill.

One of the toughest intermediate root/rock sections I've come across! The Rocky Top is a beautiful trail with great scenery.
