A beginner level trail that is short and obstacle free for those just learning to ride.
Stay off for at least 24hrs after rain and any other time when the trail surface is soft.
No night riding - Riverview is open to the public during daylight hours only.
Description
This short trail will take riders through the SE strip of woods at Riverview Gardens. Take the
Riverview Gardens - Entry/Exit Connector from the parking lot, and head south down the hill. You'll see signage at the trail start on your left. The trail is all singletrack with no offshoots or other paths to confuse you if you're new. There are no obstacles, bridges, or steep hills like the
Riverview Gardens - Oh Deer! Loop , so this is a great trail to help introduce your family or friends to the sport of mountain biking.
Once you pop out the woods, you can take a left back to the start and do a few more laps or head right up the paved cart path to connect to
Riverview Gardens - Oh Deer! Loop.
In winter, the Fox Valley Mountain Bikers should have the trail packed for fat bikes. For winter riding, you must run tires 3.5" or wider to prevent ruts. Check out our Facebook page for trail updates:
