Description

This is one of many fire roads in Sycamore Canyon. The only thing different about it, is it has some beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean if you decide to climb it from the ocean side.

It starts with some steep parts and some switchbacks but then it levels off until it hits the top of Wood Canyon Vista Trail, Guadalasca Trail, and Hell Hill.

Although I haven't done it, it could be fun cruising down that road right to the ocean. The fire road is in good condition - I haven't seen any water damage (as of January 2016) - and the dirt is nice and packed.
