Description

A beautiful ride through the pines with some nice views along the way. This trail is fairly short but connects with Potts Creek Trail #327 and one can ride for hours and hours. There is a small parking lot off Copper Basin Road on the south end of this trail.

This trail is part of the 50 mile Prescott Circle Trail. It weaves across rolling hills that are covered in wildflowers in the spring. There are tall pines and healthy stands of Gambel oak which create dapple shade throughout much of the day. Listen for birds chattering among the branches. Acorn woodpeckers are especially common in these woods and are one of the forests noisiest residents.
