Description

Start from the north end to enjoy a continuous descent that is steep at times. The trail is used infrequently. Near the beginning, you'll go through a clear cut area which provides nice views of the Cascade mountain range.

After dropping off the ridge, the route will descend steadily through multiple switchbacks in the forest.

Dry Fir ends at a clear cut near Trillium Lake Road, USFS Forest Road 2656-903.
