Need to Know

Sidewinder is best taken as a downhill. It's climbable but very anaerobic at the top.

Description

The Sidewinder Trail is a very nice stretch of hard-packed singletrack. While this one isn't too difficult, intermediate skills are recommended. While mellow in the southern portion, there are some technical features that can be tricky and steep on the north section from the Aliso Canyon Trail to Bane Ridge Trail.
