The Pachaug Multiuse Trail is the only trail in this area that is open to OHV, mountain bikers, and equestrians. However, responsible trail use by mountain bikers is tolerated depending on user conflict. Please understand right-of-way protocol and be respectful of the land and fellow trail-goers.

Description

Riding west, away from Tarkiln Hill Rd., the trail is pretty flowy with not too many technical parts. After around three quarters of a mile, there is the first stream crossing (a small stream that you can ride or just hop over). After that, near the midway point, there is a 50-foot bog crossing.

The section of the trail that is on the west side of Green Falls Rd is very technical with lots of roots and tight turns.

Use the Blue / Red Crossover Trail to complete the loop back to the startpoint.
