The Pachaug Multiuse Trail is the only trail in this area that is open to OHV, mountain bikers, and equestrians. However, responsible trail use by mountain bikers is tolerated depending on user conflict. Please understand right-of-way protocol and be respectful of the land and fellow trail-goers.

Description

This trail is for experienced riders only. There are some extremely technical features with some mandatory hike-a-bike sections. But that being said, it's a very fun, beat-you-up kind of trail.

This trail should be ridden from the doubletrack to the singletrack, in a north to south direction towards the pond. As you get closer to the pond, things will become very technical and only the strongest riders will be able to continue to ride. There is a mandatory hike-a-bike down to the stream crossing about one quarter of a mile from end of the trail.
