Parking for Grant's Grind is located in front of Rose Valley Elementary School. Access to the park trails can be found behind the portables. Take your GPS device as these trails are not marked well yet, and there are lots of choices in Rose Valley. Riders can travel up to the top and back, up and over to the reservoir or all the way around the way around. Every option can be a loop back to your vehicle at the school from 1 hours out to 3 or more.

This trail is a non-technical climb, and it brings riders into middle of the trail system. While grades are generally moderate, there are a handful of steep portions that will take a little extra effort. Part way through, riders will cross WooHoo, before the trail dead ends at an intersection with Backside and Red Rock.
