Description

This is a great flow trail on the south end of Cedar City. Access this downhill trail by riding the uphill trail Lichen It, that takes you to the start of Lava Flow. The Lava Flow trail is a wide, machine-built trail with many optional drops and jumps. Use the high berms to help maintain speed, and be on the lookout for all the bonus options.

Caution: The entire trail does not "flow". There are several technical rock gardens that can shut you down if you try to continue through them at the same speed as the bermed sections.

Super fun, flowy downhill trail. Never gets very steep but the optional lines are great. Props to the trail builders!

Trail quality was great. Some technical features but all of them have alternate lines.

this trail is not quite intermediate. It has more advanced features that are technical. Not a good one to take an intermediate rider on just so you…
