Description

This trail starts just southeast of the Silvertip Campground Road, off of the Bear Valley to Alpine Lake Trail and crosses Hwy 4 (just pick up the trail just opposite of where you came out). This sweet singletrack will bring you around the north side of the lodge and drop you back onto Hwy 4 at the east end of the lake.

To continue to the Emigrant Trail, go directly across the highway onto the paved road, and take the first paved road leading into the Pine Marten Campground. This paved road will lead onto the Emigrant Trail that will take you around the south side of Lake Alpine.
