Overview

This is a fun ride if you enjoy ice cream. We use this route to go to Jimmie Cone and back. The trail is fun and fast with great scenery. Definitely something for everyone to enjoy on this awesome route.

Description

Jump on this out-and-back ride that is comprised of almost all singletrack trails directly from the parking lot off of 355. To start the ride, head out on the Greenway Trail: Great Seneca Lower Section. Cross over Watkins Mills Rd to pick up the Greenway Trail: Great Seneca Upper Section, which will connect you to the Lower Magruder Trail just before crossing over Watkins Rd.

There is a water crossing before Watkins Rd. as well. Along the trail there are some root areas, rocky areas and some ruts. Continue onto the Magruder Branch Trail, and be careful as there are a few blind spots through the trail which makes it difficult to spot hikers and horses.
