Adam's Run starts off with some great flow, but very quickly there is a great rock garden to add a nice little techy feature (like each feature at The Hydrocut, there is an easier way around).

After a short climb, there's a great flowing section, weaving in and out of the pines and maples. Another great feature as the trail splits, and if you stay to the left you're rewarded with a couple foot drop.

Adam's Run has a bit of everything: some fast flow, out-of-your-saddle climbs, rock garden, logs, and great features.
