This trail (Yellow blaze) branches off from the Land of Promise Trail (White blaze) on both ends. It is most steep and technical in the middle and has an extremely technical trailhead off of Quaker Bottom Road (although parking is limited here). The Farm Road Trail (Blue blaze) also branches off across the Rock Run creek. Definitely a workout, with nice views at and above the creek.

Many ride this one from north to south, but the technical terrain makes it equally as difficult and fun in either direction.
