Description

This trail was constructed to tie together all of the trails into a loop so that Lindsey Wilson could hold local collegiate racing here. The park allowing horse traffic on the steep terrain has thwarted all attempts to keep the trail useful due to the extreme off-camber and roots. Since the traffic has moved over to the park protected Race Loop and because of the unsustainable horse use, little traffic and bicycle trail volunteering goes to this section any longer.

From Lodge Trail, drop off and pencil your bike down the hill to the creek. Keep it under control because the bottom turns hard right before the creek bank drop off. Work your way over to the other side of the creek and start up what used to be bench cut trail to the top. This tough section will connect you with Pats Loop.

Wild downhill! Climb out sucked and wasn't really rideable for me.
