Description

"The Wall" is just what the name sounds like.

From Western States (aka Tevis Trail) it's a steep, rutted, dusty, loose but mercifully short climb to the TRT. From the Tahoe City/Burton Creek/Fibreboard side, it is a relatively easy climb.

This fire road is a commonly used connector for longer epic rides on the TRT, usually from people coming from Hwy 89. It isn't used much by locals anymore, though it can still provide a necessary connection.
