This is an easy doubletrack route that is great to check out the neighboring beaches and the surrounding jungle. Coming in through the main paved road from Sayulita to Punta de Mita, a part of the trail is literally "on" a stream until you hit the beach.

From there, you take the right going up a hill, and before long you'll be getting into the jungle-covered coast line. Expect the route to be shaded.

This dirt roads are in use by local communities, so be conscious of the possibility of cars while riding.
