Family Friendly There are a few places, especially in the Sabraton area, that are easy and flat for children to enjoy.

Description

The trail begins near the heart of Morgantown and Hazel Ruby McQuain Riverfront Park. The well-maintained asphalt and crushed stone path runs alongside Decker's Creek which provides beautiful views and peaceful sounds, especially as you encounter the more remote areas east of the city.

If riding eastbound, you'll enjoy a gradual ascent of just over a thousand feet throughout the nearly 20-mile route.

There are several areas to access and appreciate this trail in smaller sections as it seems it was intended.
