Description
This is a downhill-style trail with a variety of obstacle types. Many of the obstacles have choices for more challenging or less challenging sides, but no matter which side you take each time this is a very challenging run that is not a typical mountain bike trail. Be prepared for extremely steep drops.
The local trail maps mark this trail as a "Preferred-Use Route for Bicyclists", but this is not a trail to take over the
Ann's Trail descent unless you know what you are getting into.
The trail comes out on Traverse Ridge Rd to make shuttling easy. It is possible to get back to the
Bonneville Shoreline Trail: Cherry Canyon to
Ann's Trail by riding down the road, past the guard rail and past the green utility box.
There, the side of the road becomes much wider and sandy. Roughly 100 ft past the green utility box there is an unmarked, hard to find, and poorly maintained connection to BST. Or, ride uphill to E Mike Weir Dr and turn left to find the actual trail.
