Description

The preferred direction is to ride this downhill from the intersection with Coal Knob and Elijah. The first mile and half drops off the plateau with plenty of options for your wheels to leave the ground. Once the trail makes a turn to the west, the grade mellows out but more rock gardens and wooden puncheons keeps the trail fun and challenging. The trail ends at FS Road 492 but the trailhead for Vulpes is directly across the street.
