If you want to ride the gondola and upper tram, you'll need to buy a ticket to
Fassa Bike Park.
Description
If you like steep tech in dark, loamy woods, this trail is for you.
From the top of the lower gondola, bang a left and follow the road for ~50 feet before coming to the start gate. Roll into the trail and stay right at the first junction (with
9.90). From here, the super fast side-hilling over tons of off-camber roots and rocks ensues. If it's been raining, this trail will definitely test your slick root management skills.
Tons of steep, treacherous switchbacks are broken up by rough, luge-like straightaways. Once you've ridden this one a few times, you'll see there are tons of different lines to take through the chunk, so have fun with it.
The bottom half of the trail features a few "North Shores" (elevated wooden bridges) but none are super skinny or high consequence. At the bottom, you pop out onto a street that leads downhill to that valley's main road. Bang a right on the main road to return to the gondola.
