Description

A ~5 mile loop on singletrack and some doubletrack located in the Merrill Memorial Forest, which is a 920-acre wildlife habitat area. The trail rolls through some hardwoods and across a bridge over the Manthei Marsh. This trail also includes a scenic view of the Prairie River in the Prairie Dells Canyon.

This is a fun trail for beginners; a great warm-up for the hillier Underdown trails. Not swampy. Beautiful view of the dells along the Prairie River.
