Description

This trail rides high above Jackass Gulch Trail and yet still gets you from West Perimeter Trail to East Perimeter Trail but without dropping down into Jackass Gulch.

There are hundreds of trails in the area and all are open for you to explore. Keep in mind that trails dropping into drainages are typically very sandy. Ridge riding such as this trail is usually hard pack silica sand.
