Family Friendly Short, open trail with a lake at the finish line.

No restrictions; there are free range cattle in the area, if you open a closed gate, please close it behind you.

Description

You can drive to the Rat Lake Trailhead for a short route to Rat Lake or park closer to the highway and extend your ride by pedaling up Squaw Creek Rd.

At the trailhead, there is a short, steep singletrack section where the road has fallen away from the hillside. After that, you are back on dirt road up to the lake.
