First, hop on Zook Loop counterclockwise for less than a quarter of a mile to access Coyote Run. Both trailheads for the loop will be in the same location and they are both clearly marked (like everything at Cheyenne Mountain State Park).

Riding counterclockwise, you'll first have a short, rocky climb and descent before you have to stop to cross a road. The trail picks up directly across the road and from there, it's a fun, flowing singletrack with some tough obstacles to keep you on your toes.

In the northern straight of the loop, you'll see the intersection for Soaring Kestrel and towards the end of the loop you'll see the intersection for lower Boulder Run.
