Description

This wide dirt road stretches north/south through Rock Peak Park with access to a number of trails in the area. In and of itself, this road can be a great addition to longer rides such as the Chumash/Hummingbird Loop.

Make sure to stop and check out the cool rock formations along the way!

Looking back down Chumash from the junction with Rocky Peak Trail (crossing in the foreground). A perfect cross-country / down-country descent with technical rocky outcroppings and smooth but often narrow singletrack all the way to the bottom.
