Segments of the Rachel Carson Trail outside county parks should be observed as hiker only. Official trail rules ask users to "Refrain from bringing dogs and bicycles on the trail" to protect neighboring landowners.

Description

The Rachel Carson Trail is a 35.7-mile hiking trail spanning from Harrison Hills County Park to North Park. This segment contains only the trail within the bounds of North Park, it is identified by solid Yellow Blaze markings.

Segments outside of county parks should be observed as hiker only.
