This loop features a nice mix of tight, technical sections and fast, flowing sections.

This is based off of the 2016 Tuffguy North Loop. To ride the Northside Loop, turn off of the Railbed onto the North Loop at the Golden Bush Trail. When Golden Bush climbs up and meets the Myric Connect Trail, turn right and follow the Myric Connect trail to the pond levee. Turn right and cross the pond levee.

This is the beginning of the Junk Yard Trail. After passing the old barn and climbing the hill up into the pines, follow the Tuffguy sign to begin the Velvet Ditch Trail. Velvet Ditch will take you back to the trail intersection between the two ponds. Follow the singletrack on the north side of the fire road to get back to the second half of the Golden Bush Trail.

Complete the loop by following Golden Bush back to the Railbed.
