Description

The Yellow Section is the common starting point for a ride at St. Crispin's. The trail begins innocently enough with some easy doubletrack, but then changes into a beast. Watch out for the first rocky drop onto the singletrack, followed by the big drop down to the lake. If it's your first time riding here, get off and look over the drop before bombing off of it. If it looks a little too rough, there's a less technical bypass to the left.

After crossing the Cappie Pond Dam, there are technical climbs to get back on top of the ridge. After that, it's smooth sailing out to Who's Lake for a beautiful view of the water from 60-foot cliffs and a great location to stop for a picture. The rest of the Yellow Section is pretty flat, fast, and flowy.
