Family Friendly Very family friendly. Rockburn is a good place to bring beginner mountain bikers. Most of the trails are doubletrack, and there are no real hard obstacles or climbs.

Park closes at 11 pm during the summer, but at dusk during winter.

Description

This section of Rockburn is known as the Nu Trail. It connects the trails around the Frisbee golf course and takes you around the perimeter of the park.

In this clockwise direction, from the start to the end is very fast and flowing, just watch out for hikers, runners, dog walkers, etc., as there will be plenty, as this park is surrounded by houses.

Also, when you cross the entrance road to the park, pay attention, especially if it is a "ball night" as it can be pretty busy. This trail does have a few offshoots to houses, and back into the park, but it is pretty easy to follow. It ends at the paved path near the ballfields.
