Description

After a steady climb that includes several bridges, the trail reaches the school property boundary and heads up and across. This section has nice rock features, mountain laurel, and a large chestnut tree to the right.

Go straight takes you down to Senior Rock but it levels off a second for your right hand turn up through more mountain laurel. At the top, the trails bears left and turns to McFarlane.

At the northernmost point on Deane's, many other trails can be accessed. Keep straight as Deane's and Twin Lakes share about 100 yards of trail.
