Description

A great warm up before hitting some of Hungry Mothers harder trails. Park anywhere around the lake to get started (park fees are $3). With beautiful views and a few solid climbs this is a great trail for your lunch break or winter ride when daylight is short. Note that the trail on the north side cuts through a parking lot to Lake Drive. The doubletrack is continued after about 1/8 mile and is marked with a large sign.

Nice easy trail along beach area, then gets really tough after dam thing. Started and stopped near CCC cabin area.
