Description

Access this route by splitting off from the popular Salmon Falls Trail (aka Darrington Trail) onto Salmon Falls Rd to the top of Flagstaff Hill, which is a granny gear trail at best.

The payoff at the top is worth the climb with great views of Folsom Lake and surrounding area and two highly technical and extreme downhill singletrack sections ( > 30% grade) with lots of challenging, technical, rocky sections and switchbacks.
