Description

Beaver Creek Road (315) is a less-traveled, six-mile forest road connector from Rampart Range Road to Mount Herman Road and Balanced Rock Road (322).

The western entrance to the road begins off of Rampart Range Road near the apex of the Lovell Gulch Trail loop. It can be ridden with this short loop for additional miles. The road begins at 9,300 feet and descends to 8,800 feet over the first two and a half miles.

At Ensign Gulch, the road turns north and climbs several hundred feet for the next mile and a half to Mount Herman Road. It again descends as it heads north to Balanced Rock Road (322). It passes over Monument Creek, and passes the trailhead for the Limbaugh Canyon Trail at mile 5.5.
