From the main Highway 416, turn right onto a forest road. The forest road crosses the main highway after about one mile towards the village of Lottigna. At the far end of Lottigna, a singletrack begins which takes you through a thick forest for about one mile. This singletrack then joins the main Highway 416 for about 100 m (300 ft).

Then take the via Satro to the left just before the bridge over the Brenno del Lucomagno River as you reach the town of Acquarossa. After a short distance, via Satro becomes a forest road.
