Description

To get to the trailhead, you'll need to go through the Blackhawk Gated Community (bikes are allowed). From Blackhawk Rd, enter at the main gate on Blackhawk Dr, turn left on Blackhawk Club Dr. When you arrive at the clubhouse, turn left on Deer Meadow Dr. and follow to the end of the paved road.

This trail is a fire road that takes you to Black Hawk Ridge Road from which you can access the Oyster Point Trail or Knobcone Point Road. It is steep and covered with loose rock in sections.
