Description

This trail is best ridden from the fire tower on Holston High Knob, descending two miles to Flint Mill Gap. If ridden from Flint Mill Gap, this trail becomes advanced because of the steep fall line climbs. Please be respectful and share the trail as it is also open to hikers and horses.
