This is a National Forest. Hunting is allowed, except on Sunday. Check deer, turkey and bear hunting seasons.

Description

This steady road climb provides quick access to the top of Fork Mountain and the start of the Fork Mountain Trail - Ridge Section. It can be shuttled or pedaled depending on taste. If riders are following the PocaFork featured ride, it's part of the bypass to avoid climbing up the miserable western-half of the Fork Mountain Trail - Water Bar Section.
