Description

This trail in Alamance County's Cedar Rock park was one of the first to allow mountain biking before it was a big thing. Rock Creek Trail is basically a small loop around its namesake creek. There are no water crossings, only bridges, but the trail is moderate in places. Mountain, gravel and cyclocross bikes should only be used.
