“A nice singletrack down (or up) the ridge north of the Mount Jumbo saddle.
”
This trail is closed from December 1 to May 1 to protect the elk population. The exact dates of this closure may vary from year to year based on whether the elk are using the area.
Dogs must be under strict voice and sight control. Pet owners may not allow their dogs to chase, attack or harass wildlife or livestock.
Description
Most of this trail was constructed for mountain bikes, so the switchbacks are reasonably banked. The trail is smooth and flowing. It can be ridden either up from the Mt. Jumbo Saddle road or down from the four-way junction on the ridge top.
