Description

While this access road may start out smooth, it gets rougher and substantially steeper where it intersects the Lot 6 at Base Two Access Road. From there, it heads into a steep pitch with loose gravel that most riders will prefer to walk. The grade backs off a bit, but continues to alternate between punchy climbs and regrettably short, level sections.

After passing the upper entrance of Golden Boner, the road cuts across a wide-open ski run and takes a much more gradual course. But unsurprisingly it soon steepens for the final ascent to Out of the Dust. Note that although this road connects with an invitingly smooth road at the top, that road is closed to the public.
