Description
Rocks, Roots, Dirt, Trees and Grass - you get it all. This fun trail is actually a network of opportunities that offer lots of loops to explore. There are a couple of dry stream crossings and a small foot bridge to add some beginner obstacles. If you're a history enthusiast, there are some points of interest from the 1930's Civilian Conservation Core buildings.
In the fall, the path was wide in most spots, but there were some narrow areas that required riding through some low branches or brush. Wear long sleeves and pants if you're allergic to the Ivy's, there's quite a bit in this park.
