Family Friendly Many carriage road trails that are easy to ride with lots of fun stuff to look at and climb on.

Open sunrise to sunset. Stay off the trails if they are muddy and keep the singletrack single.

Description

This is the red-blazed Crossover Trail that links the green and yellow River Road Trail to the yellow Swamp Trail. It's the most direct way to cross between the west and east sides of the Yellow Loop. While it is the most direct, it is definitely not the easiest.

This may be the most challenging trail at the park. It's steep and technical singletrack with tight switchbacks. There are trials sections of rock gardens, followed by boulders, followed by log jumps and large roots. There are also a few optional rock slab drop-offs.
