This 1.0 mile loop is full of short punchy climbs and descents that make it a fun workout by itself or a nice addition to a longer ride. The narrow ribbon of singletrack is well-maintained and has plenty of shade.

This twisty singletrack located on VDGIF land winds through a mature forest with steep climbs and twisty turns. I have named this trail the Forest Trail since the rangers refer to it as just, "the trails". Apparently this trail was laid out by a few locals whose names I cannot locate. Whoever they are, they did an awesome job and built a trail worth riding. If anyone knows what it is locally called, feel free to make changes.

I enjoy riding this in a figure-eight as mapped, but try it in both directions or as a circle cutting out the middle to add variety.
