Lower Geriatrics is one of the original trails in the area and goes back quite a few years. You can enter this trail from the Fitness Trail #90 at the bottom of Cedar Creek Road or farther up the road on the south side (though it's easy to miss). If you pass the trash compactor and parking lot on the right (north) side of the road you've gone too far.

If you enter from the south get ready for a solid climb right away. You'll be gasping for air pretty quickly, but keep going—it's worth it! After some good climbing you'll reach a split.

You can go right to stay on the trail for some fun and flowy sections with a mix of fast descents and good short climbs as well. Heading left starts up the newer Upper Raven #121A (Upper Geriatrics). At the next junction you'll reach the other end of Upper Raven #121A (Upper Geriatrics). Keep right to head down to the road.

If you enter from the north, you'll quickly reach the northern junction with Upper Raven #121A (Upper Geriatrics). Keeping left will stick to the trail and serve up some nice ups and downs with a few rocky sections along the way. As you keep winding, you'll reach the southern junction with Upper Raven #121A (Upper Geriatrics). Stay left to finish out the trail and head toward the the Fitness Trail #90 entrance. It's fast and a little rocky/technical in places. Hang on and enjoy the ride!
