If you want, this trail can make for a quick descent. It has a number of line choices along the way, so you can choose more technical lines or quick lines as it suits your ability. Expect many drops, several ladder bridges in the muddy areas, and lots of roots. The upper section of the trail is a mixture of flow and tech with rocks and roots.
