Overview

A longer loop in the Kings Beach area that includes challenging climbs and fun singletrack descents.

Need to Know

This is a motorized area, although quiet and frequented by non-motorized users.

Description

Start at the small trailhead and kiosk and ride up the road to OHV Route #18E18F. This is a rocky singletrack trail that climbs steadily with some very steep sections. At the intersection with Beaver Street Extension (16N86), continue straight onto the doubletrack. Follow this through the next intersection with Rise and Shine Downhill (#18E18) to pedal a long pull on Gas Line Road (16N52/16N55).

At the intersection with 18E04, turn left and ride all the way to the Rise and Shine Downhill (#18E18). Turn right here and enjoy a fun, flowing, and sometimes rocky descent singletrack to the lower reaches of the trail. Look for a hard left-hand turn on #18E18B. Go left again on #16N87 and this will take you back to the beginning of the ride.
