Need to Know

Area roads are free to use, but the trails require a $15 trail pass. Stop by the Garnet Hill Outdoor Center to pick up your trail pass and trail map. This is also a great place to park your car. Snacks are available at the Garnet Hill Outdoor Center, and there is a restaurant in Garnet Hill Lodge at the top of Garnet Hill Road - The Log House Restaurant and Pub.

Description

This route makes a loop around the Log House Area Trails owned and managed by Garnet Hill Outdoor Center. Along 4-H Road are access points to Blue Jay Way Connector, which will then lead you into Paradox and Double Down West, as well as a pretty extensive network of other cross country ski trails, snowshoe trails, and dedicated singletrack bike trails. The road itself makes a great ride, but it's definitely worth venturing into the woods and along the trails.
