Description

Boulder City lives up to its name! Enjoy all the awesome rock formations along the way if you dare take your eyes off the trail ahead. This is arguably some of the best riding this trail system has to offer if you’re up for the challenge.

To access the trail, jump on Rock Island Railroad and follow it for about 0.2 miles, where you'll see the sign for Boulder City.

Starting it off is a difficult, but fairly short, technical climb through multiple switchbacks. After reaching the top, you’ll get a break from the rocks, but not for long. Shortly after starting the descent, there is a steep section of gnarly trail awaiting you. Drop your seat post and choose your line carefully!

Once you’re past that section, the track gets a little more flowy, with only a few technical parts. Bomb down the rest of the descent and reconnect with Rock Island.
