Two-way traffic. The trail can be accessed from either end, but there is a small parking area at the west entrance.
Heading east (as shown), you'll first encounter some good downhill speedy sections with a good collection of bumpy rocks along most of the way. In the final third of the trail, there are some slight climbs. Enjoy the opportunity to try out your sand skills with a ramped jump at the end.
